These credits are later offset by time off or rest periods, which are distinct from paid vacation days. The agreement is proposed in writing by the employer, and acceptance is presumed if the employee does not object in writing within 14 days.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Advantages and Disadvantages<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Pros: Provides flexibility in balancing work peaks and troughs and allows for varied compensation methods, including financial remuneration.<br>Cons: Introduces irregularity and unpredictability, as the Group Bank of Hours does not follow a predefined schedule but functions as an addition to the normal working period.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procedure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The employer must draft a project detailing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scope &#8211; <\/strong>The specific team, section, or unit to be covered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duration &#8211;<\/strong> Cannot exceed four years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compensation &#8211;<\/strong> How excess hours are handled (time off, vacation days, or pay).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication &#8211; <\/strong>How the need for extra work or the reduction of hours will be managed. The project must be posted in the workplace and communicated to the ACT (Authority for Working Conditions) at least 20 days before any referendum on the matter.
