The agreement must be in writing, either within the employment contract or as a standalone document.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Duration and termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fixed term:<\/strong>\u00a0Maximum of 6 months, automatically renewable unless either party gives 15 days\u2019 notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Indefinite:<\/strong>\u00a0May be terminated by either party with 60 days\u2019 written notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trial period:<\/strong>\u00a0Either party may terminate the agreement within the first 30 days.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Expenses and equipment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Employers must provide the necessary equipment and systems. If the employee uses their own equipment, its characteristics and the cost-sharing arrangements must be agreed.
