VAT). Example: A+ windows replacement subsidized up to \u20ac1,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligible Works<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Single-family homes\/autonomous units\/multi-family fractions built\/licensed by July 2021.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-2006 homes: Exclusive support for efficient windows\/thermal insulation (roofs, walls, floors).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Funding Amounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u20ac7,500 max per single-family\/autonomous unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20ac15,000 max for full multi-family ownership.<br>Post-07\/09\/2020 works eligible with invoices\/&#8221;before-after&#8221; photos (excl.
