Support for workers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prophylactic isolation (14 days)<\/strong><ul><li>Payment of 100% of the reference remuneration during isolation ordered by the Health Authority.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not applicable where teleworking is possible. No waiting or qualifying period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>COVID\u201119 infection<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entitlement to sickness benefit upon presentation of a medical certificate <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assistance to children\/grandchildren (prophylactic isolation)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Justified absences for 14 days with no loss of salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assistance to children\/grandchildren (&lt;12 or with disability\/chronic illness)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Justified absences for 14 days. Support equal to 65% of salary (100% for children \/ 65% for grandchildren after the 2020 State Budget came into force). Form RP 5052\u2011DGSS required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>School closures<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Employees:<\/strong> Exceptional support equal to two\u2011thirds of salary (minimum \u20ac635, maximum three times the national minimum wage). Form GF 88\u2011DGSS required.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Self\u2011employed: <\/strong>Exceptional support equal to one\u2011third of average Q1 2020 income (minimum IAS \u20ac438.81), plus extraordinary support for total business stoppage (up to one IAS). Same form GF 88\u2011DGSS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Support for companies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Simplified lay\u2011off \/ lay\u2011off with training<\/strong><ul><li>For crisis situations (total stoppage due to supply\u2011chain interruption or 40% revenue drop over 60 days).<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full exemption from Social Security contributions for workers and statutory bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Extraordinary support for maintaining employment contracts<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Financial support for one month, extendable up to six months, where the company is in crisis and has already used up annual leave and internal flexibility mechanisms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Incentives for normalisation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IEFP payment of one national minimum wage per worker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Restitution rules<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support must be repaid in case of dismissals (except for just cause), non\u2011payment of wages, non\u2011compliance with tax or contribution obligations, distribution of profits, or false declarations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
