What is Converte+?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Converte+ is a measure that supports the conversion of certain employment contracts to promote greater job stability. It has a budget of \u20ac30 million, financed by the European Social Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Which contracts are eligible?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fixed\u2011term contracts (certain or uncertain) signed before the application date, provided that conversion to an open\u2011ended contract takes place on or after 21 September 2019. Part\u2011time contracts are also eligible, with support calculated on a pro\u2011rata basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Who can apply?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Any employer, including those undergoing restructuring proceedings such as PER or RERE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Financial support and bonuses<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The basic support amount is <strong>\u20ac3,050.32<\/strong> (corresponding to four times the worker\u2019s base monthly salary, capped at seven times the Social Support Index \u2013 IAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>10% bonus<\/strong> \u2013 Where the worker is in a vulnerable situation (for example, a person with a disability, member of a single\u2011parent household, refugee, or victim of domestic violence), or where the workplace is located in an economically disadvantaged area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>30% bonus<\/strong> \u2013 For gender equality purposes, when the worker is of the gender representing less than 33.3% of workers in that occupation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payment schedule<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50% paid within 30 working days after approval of the application and submission of the relevant contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25% paid in the 13th month of the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25% paid in the 25th month of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
