{"id":2728,"date":"2017-05-15T15:40:43","date_gmt":"2017-05-15T15:40:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rosarioduarte.pt\/e-legislado-o-novo-julgado-de-paz-do-oeste\/"},"modified":"2026-04-06T10:36:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T10:36:11","slug":"e-legislado-o-novo-julgado-de-paz-do-oeste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rosarioduarte.pt\/en\/e-legislado-o-novo-julgado-de-paz-do-oeste\/","title":{"rendered":"The new \u201cJulgado de Paz do Oeste\u201d (Peace Court of the West) is legislated"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Decree\u2011Law no. 41\/2017 created the <em>Julgado de Paz do Oeste<\/em>, based in Bombarral, with delegated offices in the following municipalities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alcoba\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alenquer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arruda dos Vinhos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bombarral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cadaval<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caldas da Rainha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lourinh\u00e3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nazar\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d3bidos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peniche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sobral de Monte Agra\u00e7o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Torres Vedras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the entry into force of this legislation, the former Peace Court for the group of municipalities of Alcoba\u00e7a, Caldas da Rainha, Nazar\u00e9 and \u00d3bidos was abolished, and all pending cases were transferred to the newly created Peace Court.
