The Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) now offers an online portal for reporting practices that may infringe Competition Law.

The portal, available at extranet.concorrencia.pt/denuncias, allows individuals and companies to submit complaints, including anonymously, concerning:
- Contractual or consumer issues
- Misleading advertising
- Vertical agreements restricting competition
- Non‑compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
- Loss‑leader pricing and dumping
- Cartels or other horizontal agreements restricting competition
- Abusive or unfair commercial practices
- Refusal to supply
- Restrictive decisions by business associations
- Corruption
- Abuse of dominant position
- Non‑notified merger operations
Once a report is submitted, the AdC may open an investigation and impose fines whenever a practice prohibited by Competition Law is confirmed
